Danfoss’ AV210 externally operated angle seat valve is the ‘must have’ solution for robust industrial applications. With a proven track record for excellent performance in high temperature applications, the versatile AV210 valve recently captured the attention of a leading European autoclave manufacturer. The resulting valve adaption reduced assembly costs and the possibility of leaks.
Known as the ‘trouble-shooter’ valve, the robust AV210 can cope with temperatures up to 180°C and 10 bar pressure. It can also handle dirt particles in the medium with ease. Other key features include: • The inner valve body is designed for smoother flow and better flow capacity
• The one piece chevron spindle seal gives high integrity in both open and closed directions
• A floating plate design gives excellent self-alignment and ensures a tight fit
• The valve body is available in bronze and stainless steel

• Explosion harzard environments The AV210 is also versatile. It comes with a standard female connection and is supported by a wide range of accessories, including valve position indicators, manual override and capacity controls, and a range of 3/2-way solenoid valves.

• Stainless steel (AISI316) or Bronze (RG5)
• Connection sizes from 3/8” to 2”
• Actuator sizes from Ø40mm to Ø110mm
• Kv-values from 4,2 m3/h to 67 m3/h
• Media temperatures from –30°C to 180°C (standard)
• Connection types include NPT, BSP, weld ends, tri-clamp and flange
